Welcome to SignX, an online marketplace where users can buy and sell authenticated autographed memorabilia. By using this platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account, listing items, or making purchases.
1. General Terms
SignX provides a platform that allows independent sellers to upload, list, and sell items directly to buyers. SignX is not the owner of the products listed by users and is not responsible for the authenticity, condition, or description of user-submitted listings unless specified otherwise.
All users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. User Responsibilities
By listing or purchasing an item on SignX, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Only upload items you have the legal right to sell.
- Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Respect other users and their property.
Any attempt to mislead, scam, or harm the platform will result in an immediate account termination.
3. Commission Fees
SignX charges a commission on each successful sale.
The commission rate depends on the listing price of the item:
- 5% on low-value items
- Up to 19% on high-value items
- SignX reserves the right to adjust commission tiers based on market conditions or future updates.
The commission is automatically deducted from the seller’s payout.
4. Payments & Payouts
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
Sellers will receive payouts after the buyer confirms the item has been received or after a standard verification period.
SignX is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Sellers are fully responsible for:
- Packaging and shipping their sold items
- Providing valid tracking information
- Ensuring the item matches the description provided in the listing
Buyers must inspect their item upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.
6. Authenticity Policy
SignX encourages sellers to provide Certificates of Authenticity (COA) or proof of signing when available.
However, SignX cannot guarantee the authenticity of items sold by third-party users unless explicitly verified by SignX’s own services.
Buyers purchase at their own discretion.
7. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds may be issued only if:
- An item never arrives
- The item is significantly different from the description
- The seller fails to provide tracking
All disputes must be submitted through official SignX support channels.
SignX reserves the right to freeze funds until the dispute is resolved.
8. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be sold on SignX:
- Fake or forged signatures
- Items restricted by law
- Items that violate copyright or image rights
SignX may remove any listing at its discretion.
9. Platform Rights
SignX reserves the right to:
- Remove listings
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Modify commission rates
- Update policies at any time with notice
Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
10. Liability
SignX is not liable for:
- Losses related to buyer or seller disputes
- Shipping delays or damage
- Authentication disagreements
- Financial loss resulting from platform usage
Users operate at their own risk.
